Hi! I’m Cynthia Joy — a bonded, insured pet and home-care provider and proud member of PSA and NAPPS. As a lifelong pet owner, I know how vital it is to find someone trustworthy when you’re away or recovering. I care for animals as individuals — from affectionate dogs and sensitive cats to birds, koi ponds, and senior pets requiring medication or special routines.
With 20 years in the clinical aesthetics profession, I bring exceptional attention to detail, safety and client trust to every visit. I’ve supported local animal welfare through collaborations with PAWS and Butte Humane Society in stray cat TNR efforts, and volunteered with Bidwell Wildlife Rehabilitation and the Paradise Pines POA Greenbelt Trails Committee. I donate monthly to the ASPCA and hold an A.S. degree from Butte College, where I completed prerequisites for the registered nursing program. I’m dedicated to responsible stewardship of all living things — and to giving your pets the loving, reliable care they deserve.
Care for Homes, Too
As a homeowner since 2002, I’ve spent over two decades maintaining, beautifying, and improving my property. I take great pride in keeping my home organized, clean, and peaceful — it’s my retreat from the world. I bring this same level of respect, detail, and professionalism to every home I care for, treating it as a privilege and an honor to provide customized service that fits your household needs.
Before entering the clinical esthetics field, I owned and operated Mrs. Neat Professional Home and Office Cleaning for over ten years, building a loyal clientele through reliability, discretion, and consistent attention to detail. That experience laid the foundation for the high professional standards and care I bring to every service today.
A Bit More About Me
I’m the proud mom of a grown, married college graduate daughter. In my free time, I enjoy baking bread, watercolor painting, gardening, and playing the ukulele — simple joys that remind me to slow down and appreciate life’s little pleasures.
Thank you for taking the time to read my About page. I look forward to meeting you and caring for your pets and home with the same love and respect I give my own.

Below, I am including some links to videos that offer a glimpse into my world from the past to the present. First, I will show you commercials that were made for Everlasting Beauty Clinic, my profession from 2003 to 2023, followed by a link to a video sampling of my artwork that has spanned the last 30 years. Finally, there will be a link that gives you a glimpse into my world at home, particularly my backyard gardens and koi pond.
